ORDER POLICIES
PRICES
If you are interested in finding out more about our wedding invitation collection and pricing, or in creating a custom project, please fill out the applicable form on our contact page. Your quote will be specifically prepared based on quantity, items included, paper options, and design preferences to match your unique wedding needs. Prices quoted can be subject to change.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs will not be included with the initial order total. Due to the​ ​personalized nature of wedding invitation and stationery orders, shipping costs are calculated once the order is completed and all elements are packaged together. A final PayPal invoice will then be issued for postage costs based on the provided ship to address and the order will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
Rachel Marvin Creative is not responsible for errors made by the buyer, such as errors in the shipping address provided. Once the items leave the studio, Rachel Marvin Creative is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders within the domestic U.S. will arrive 2-3 business days once shipped. All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail unless requested otherwise. We are happy to provide shipping quotes via UPS upon request.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are happy to offer shipping to almost any international location. Shipping times for international orders vary and arrival dates for orders shipped internationally cannot be estimated or guaranteed due to factors such as customs clearance processing, etc...this can vary from country to country and is not under the postal services or our control. The buyer is responsible for any and all additional duties and fees which may be applied upon delivery of your package, depending on your location.

REPRINTS
Once you sign off on the digital proofs, your are approving the design/s to be printed exactly as they appear within the digital proofs. Rachel Marvin Creative will in no event be responsible for any inaccuracies that might be found after that point. If an error in text is found after the point of approval, we will adjust the design at no additional charge. However, if printing of the initially approved proof has commenced, the client will be responsible for all applicable reprint fees. Any errors made on our end will be adjusted and shipped to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and design deposits are non-refundable once design proofs have been created. Rachel Marvin Creative cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges in the event of cancellations or event changes.

ORIGINAL ART AND DESIGN PROPERTY
All artwork and personalized designs (including printable PDFs) remains the property of Rachel Marvin Creative and in no event may be claimed, reused or redistributed.​ All Photography displayed on our website is the property and work of Rachel Marvin.
